Spring Fever and Nail Polish

So Mario and I's anniversary was a couple weeks ago and I had to get a couple pictures printed out for one of his presents.  I went to Walgreens and had some time to kill while they were printing my pictures so I decided to wander about and see what kind of trouble I could get myself into.  I came across the L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche collection.  I fell in love with it.  A good blog to check out to see all of the polishes is Cosmetic Sanctuary.  I narrowed it down and came away with ONLY three nail polishes:  I Pink I'm in Love, Versailles Romance, and Greyt Expectations.  The next time I went to Walgreens I saw that all L'Oreal products were buy one get one 50% of so of course I checked to see if I still wanted any of the other nail polishes.  I bought two more:  Now You Sea Me and Butterfly Kisses.  All of the nail polish I bought were from Hopeless Romantic, except Now You Sea Me, which was from Iconic Muse.

From left to right: Now You Sea Me, Butterfly Kisses, I Pink I'm in Love,  Versailles Romance, and Greyt Expectations.
I started off with Greyt Expectations today and this is what I got:

It's a Greyt color (haha), but it wasn't really what I was in the mood for.  I really wish I would have found this color sooner.  I think it would be great for Fall/Winter wear or maybe if I had somewhere to go at night.  Today, I wanted something more springy.  We have some beautiful trees blossoming outside of our apartment, so I went with Versailles Romance.

This is easily my favorite color so far this spring.  The picture doesn't do it a whole lot of justice, but it's a cute sheer coral color.  I used two layers of it and got the end result above.  I've worn it once without a top coat and it lasted almost a week, so I feel like it's pretty good quality.  As far as packaging goes, I love it.  It caught my eye.  For some reason if a nail polish has chunky packaging, it reminds me of chunky nail polish and 9 times out of 10 I will probably pass it up.  I'm not going to lie, I'm a sucker for nice packaging.  This line just looks good.

The only nail polish that I haven't tried yet is Now You Sea Me.  I really want to put it on my toes, but my  mom is taking me to get a pedicure as a belated birthday present this week.  My second favorite so far is I Pink I'm in Love.  It's a lot like Versailles Romance, but a sheer pink.  Really pretty.  If you want to see the other colors on let me know, and I will do an update.

Over all, this is a great product.  You can find it at your local Walgreens or CVS for $5.99.  If you don't have either of those stores in your area try your local drugstore or use the product locator on the L'Oreal website (link located above).

If you've have a L'Oreal polish review or have tried it, post your link or opinion below.  Also, if you have any great spring polish suggestions let me know.
